Additional User Attributes not working properly #7

Currently the additional user attributes can only accept a single map in the configuration. This needs to accept a list.

I think the current implementation is reasonable. This issue doesn't mention how and why we need to change the configuration format in a backwards incompatible way so I will close it for now.
