Notebook download does not work if jupyter-fs is installed #14

If cloud access is configured as described in Ananke doc via jupyter-fs, then File > Download or right-click > Download do not work. The whole raw file request mechanism via /files API endpoint stops working. A workaround (if there is one) should be added to Ananke doc. At the moments it's not complete clear whether this is a jupyter-fs bug or a configuration problem in Ananke.
