Great work! I probably won’t have much to say here because you pretty much nailed it all the way through. I hardly find any code that is not optimal. The issues I raised were just some alternative methods for you to learn and explore.

Your Python work was excellent and very readable. There are a couple points where your code could be accomplished a bit more efficiently, but everything worked the way it was supposed to.

Presentation: I think your graphs look excellent. I like the x tick labels rotations. You beautifully summarized the data and your results. However, the conclusion slide was missing. You can add a slide with conclusions and recommendations given what you find in the data.

Excellent work overall.
