v10 compatibility #13

This update fixes 2 things:

The manifest is updated in accordance to the v10 schema
Some journal links were broken in v10 when using the module, specifically the Journal "Page" links and music links

Fixes issues #10 #11 and #12

Im adding v11 compatibility. I will make new releases on my fork since this one seems not being maintained

@elizeuangelo, I tried installing your branch but it has console errors and is not working as I now can't click on any scene or folder in the scene tab.
