Quick summary

When flushing the cache (for example after activating a new plugin) in wp-admin, an error appears at the top of the dashboard.

Steps to reproduce

Start with a site where the Boost plugin is installed and active
Go to Jetpack > Boost
Activate the Cache feature
Go to Plugins > Add New
Install and activate another plugin
Go to Jetpack > boost again
Flush cache

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I would expect a success page, so I can be on my way.

What actually happened

Instead an error is displayed at the top of the paeg.
