Instructions for adblock list needed #41

Thanks for this extension.
It would be more useful if it had 
a) detailed instructions for the adblock list not just data format.
b) ability to use a copied version of the easy list file that is maintained for 
comprehensive adblocking. do a search for 'easylist' to find.

Easylist is a good enhancement. However, I am not sure if such a huge list does 
not hurt performance. Blocking hostnames in the HOSTS file is the preferred 
method.
