I assume you didn't want me to merge this.. you want to provide some background on this and discuss?

yup sorry, we're getting timeouts on circle with the runner, was trying to experiment if this was the fix. This wasn't meant to go back to you.

Doesn't happen all the time, and I can't reproduce it locally.

Here's a sample:

rake teaspoon
