Deprecated dependencies in the foam_iu #12

Hi, jejomath!

We continue exploring your solution. Would you mind updating dependencies in the foam_iu part? It looks like you're using deprecated packages with some vulnerabilities (7 high ones). You can check them with the npm audit command.

We suggest doing at least these changes because of the Babel lib deprecation:

change the "babel": "^6.23.0" to "@babel/core": "^7.22.5"
add the "@babel/plugin-proposal-private-property-in-object": "^7.22.5" in devDependencies section
and upgrade the version of other @babel libs to the "^7.22.5" to avoid inconsistency

And one more thing: the foam pages-code command asked for js-beautify. Sounds like it worth to be declared in the package.json file
