Setting the "Project Moved" Flag Doesn't Work #151

I get a 403 error when I follow the instructions to set the "Project Moved" 
Flag at

and I browse to:

https://code.google.com/p/PROJECT_NAME/adminAdvanced

How do we point to GitHub migrations from archived google code projects?

Sorry that the documentation was out of date. To update a project redirect you 
now need to email   google-code-shutdown@google.com. I'm happy to do this for 
you now however.

What is the Google Code project you wish to update, and what is the destination 
URL?
