[Suggestion] Search for Snipes #367

As we are all currently facing limitations with services like Pokevision and locally run mapping bots are limited to certain areas, I'm quite found of the tool being found on http://pokesnipers.com

Maybe it would be a nice feature, if we are able to use the API for a) notifications for selected pokemon to snipe or b) auto-snipe for selected pokemon?

I have been building an auto sniper that uses this bot to upload Pokemon it encounters to a central server (a literal botnet). Expect a release in the coming days, beta testing it now

@j-e-k awesome! Error handling for when the central server is not available would be amazing as well
