We should generate a flame graph of the PR build.

We could generate the flame graph at the same time we are testing the build time, and then upload the flame graph to an S3 bucket where it would be publicly visible, and link to it from the Check body.

A few nits:

add time unit (seconds or s) to the median build time
add tiltle on the flamegraph link (View flamegraph for username/repo)
align emoticon to the right to be closer to the source
