My problem is same as this issue: #132 , but is in Japanese and Chinese rather than Korean.
Example: while trying to access the tag "ミツナル": but the page is successfully generated just like other English tags
I tried with %E3%83%9F%E3%83%84%E3%83%8A%E3%83%AB rather than the original tag name but still not working
English tags and categories are fine, not sure if I missed any configuration or the non-ASCII char just not working for these.
