After cloning the Jekyll repository, it builds the documentation site and then puts that into the packaged gem, so no more time and disk space waste.

Fixes #10 :smile:

@parkr Thanks for merging! I'll still try it with all the 3.* versions to see if it doesn't have the conflict about _config.yml and related.
