Explain how to set kramdown options #25

There is a page in the docs about Markdown options, but no hint how to set them.

I googled it and found this post where it is explained: https://scottw.com/setting-kramdown-options-for-jekyll

I think it would be helpful to integrate that information here :)

Not sure if jekyll-docs gets generated based from the main site content but I added an example to the jekyll site and made a pull request
