Feed icon supported? #399

I see from #14 that there was some discussion of adding support for a feed icon. Did anything ever happen with it? This kind of image seems to be supported in a few readers (though oddly the post image seems less supported).

PS I put in a short PR (#400) to demonstrate this. It's fairly simple.
