CSS doesn't show #313

Hi, I'm trying to setup a website made on jekyll but it looks like the main.css file isn't created. When i run it on localhost i can see the styles and in the source code is linked the main.css file (http://127.0.0.1:4000/css/main.css) but when i search it on the folder it doesn't exist, there is just the main.scss.
