Saving a file while running jekyll serve causes an error #363

I'm on my phone so pardon the brevity, but these details should be enough to reproduce:

1) run 'jekyll serve' 2) edit a post markdown file 3) jekyll serve blows up and stops auto generating

Other info: Latest version of jekyll as of today Using GitHub pages (Cayman theme) Using macOS Sierra
