Installation fails on CentOS 7 due to dependencies #366

On CentOS 7 installation via gem install jekyll fails when attempting to install the dependency public_suffix with the error message

public_suffix requires Ruby version >= 2.1.

On CentOS the output of ruby --version is

ruby 2.0.0p648 (2015-12-16) [x86_64-linux]
