Redirects from index.php to / go into infinite loop #121

I'm not sure this is really an issue for this plug-in as I'm not sure how it could be responsible, but I thought I'd let you know.

As the title suggests I had an issue when redirecting from index.php to the root of the site (which is obviously no-longer a .php file). The page went into an infinite loop. I fixed it by specifying http://www.example.com/index.html in the redirect script.
