Drop filename when redirecting to index.html #129

If the file you use this front-matter in is /index.md, then the redirect will go to /index.html.

Instead, it should go to /.

I think this feature makes sense if anyone is interested in putting together a pull request.

Somehow, when I add a test to the plugin for this case it does work as expected. I have no idea why it fails in https://github.com/thethingsnetwork/docs (e.g. https://github.com/TheThingsNetwork/docs/blob/gh-pages/account/index.html). I've tried changing the spec's config to have the same collection permalink, baseurl etc but I'm not able to reproduce what I see in our docs project. Any clue?

I think this should be fixed on master after #131.
