Make redirect.html pass HTML validation. #140

I'm half expecting this to be rejected, but maybe it will be considered. The lack of <head> and <body> causes issues with projects that lint their generated documentation with something like htmllint.

We could maybe add a note about this, but it is valid HTML.

@pathawks I guess this falls into the valid but I would want my linter to complain about it in most cases box. Given that this is intentional decision on your side, I'll let it be. For anyone having this issue in the future, I worked around the htmllint error with "html-valid-content-model": false in my .htmllintrc. <3
