Different redirect url for Collections #177

Hi all,

Recently I started using Jekyll collections and created one for pages. Unfortunately, the "redirect_from" in the front-matter is not working properly. Have a look at the example code at https://github.com/M-com/jekyll-redirect-collections

In the example site I created 2 pages "a" (in the root folder) and "b" (as collection). Additionally with these redirections:

The gem generates the following destination urls for a2 and b2:

Good news: The redirect with "jekyll serve" is working. But not on AWS S3, where I upload my _site folder after generation.

@parkr @benbalter Is it possible that the jekyll-redirect-from gem behaves the same for collections?
