According to SEO best practices, the title should not be more than 70 characters. So I would like as title tag, only the title of my article. This is the content of my title tag:

<title>Here The Content Of My Article Title | Here The Content of Blog Title</title>
<meta name="generator" content="Jekyll v4.0.1" />
<meta property="og:title" content="Here The Content Of My Article Title" />

The title tag is concatenated with the blog title which is not excepted for SEO. How can I fix it ? I have the same problem for the blog title, the content is blog title + blog description. Note : the og:title tag is correct.
