Idea: serve an xml stylesheet #212

This is low priority, but sitemaps are way nicer to look at when they have an xml stylesheet. For an example see https://getgrav.org/sitemap.xml.

We will reference an XSL style if one exists. I’m not sure it is a common enough use case that we should supply one by default.
