Exclude drafts from sitemap #240

Reopening: https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll-sitemap/pull/36

Use case: create "private posts" that can be shared for feedback via a public link. Use Jekyll's show_drafts config flag to render drafts in production, and exclude them in post listing / feed / sitemap.

jekyll-feed added support for this a while back: https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll-feed/pull/95

Current workaround is to use sitemap: false in front matter, but it's error-prone because one must remember to remove this flag in addition to moving the draft file.
