Feature request: options to output to custom folder with custom file name #247

I have the need to have the sitemap generated by this plugin to be outputted in a folder of my choosing and with a name of my choosing.

I am generating other custom sitemaps from dynamic data and I want to have them sitting in a /sitemaps folder with custom names like

/sitemaps/articles.xml <~ the one from this plugin /sitemaps/cards.xml <~ custom one /sitemaps/skills.xml <~ custom one

I don't think this is currently possible, hence the feature request.

Would love for some settings in the _config.yml.

Thanks!
