#219 can be caused by non-ascii chars in the path #288

I got the same issue as in #219 because I used an non-ascii char for my project (german ü). So if you just start a new project, you can just rename it to something else.

Because #219 is locked I can not post this workaround there. For searching: Error "incompatible character encodings: UTF-8 and ASCII-8BIT"
