Hi,

I tried your plugin with the latest jekyll version 2.4.0 and have no safe: true option in my _config.yml. The sitemap is still not generated. You can see the commit under https://github.com/vimberlin/vimberlin.de/commit/8b2ecc940097d0402a2b62b3cbf83590bdf00752 and the jekyll repo under https://github.com/vimberlin/vimberlin.de.

Oh, I had to remove the old sitemap plugin in the plugin folder ...it is working now. Can I make an entry in the issue part of the README?
