SEO plugin used #3

GitHub pages now contains SEO plugin for Jekyll.

We should use it (together with the Sitemap plugin) in this skeleton - and also, in our own websites and blog posts.

For proper testing of GitHub Pages there is this nice docker image:

It is 1:1 for all the plugins available on GitHub Pages officially: https://pages.github.com/versions/

because it uses the official GitHub Pages GEM: https://github.com/github/pages-gem
