[BUG] Minimap stops rendering lines (maybe somehow related to portals or ROR) #21

Discovered in Space Cats Saga 2.0 (3.0 Final).wad map 62 - when exiting a mid-level elevator the minimap just stops rendering any lines. I thought it may be related to overlay portals settings, but it does nothing, and lines show up normally in regular automap.

@SinaelDOverom I think I've fixed this, but I only tested with Hexen. Cats Saga has a bit too much going on for me to easily test, I'm not familiar with it. Could you test on your end and let me know?

The issue might be related to vertical portals In Hands of Necromancy 2 in E1M5 when ascending a Quake-style floating pool, the map disappears as soon as you step off of it
