Support of java properties file format #1

There are some changes to do:

support of propertyname: value (semi colon instead of equal sign)
support of ! for comments
The backslash character must be escaped as a double backslash
UNICODE characters can be entered as they are in a Java program, using the \u prefix. For example, \u002c.
support of \r and \t

As some new feature like ! for comments could change the results of reading of properties files into Jelix, we should implement a feature flag in options of Parser and Writer: javaMode or jelixMode...
