Noten und der generelle Aufbau der Kurse sind zwischen Universität und HfK sehr verschieden. Während an der Uni viele Kurse über regelmäßige benotete Abgaben und Prüfungen laufen, sind Kurse an der HfK oft in Projektform aufgebaut und erwarten ein Endergebnis. Die hierbei abgegebene Note hat auf den Wert des Abschlusses kaum einen Einfluss und ist ein Relikt der Bolognareform.
Der Ursprung dieser Diskrepanz liegt im Unterschied zwischen dem BA/MA of Science (Uni) und BA/MA of Arts (HfK). Während der BA/MA of Science auf Vergleichbarkeit angelegt ist und die Note im späteren Berufsleben eine Rolle spielen kann, sind beim BA/MA of Arts die erstellten Arbeiten wesentlich wertvoller als die Note!

Grades and the structure of the courses differ from university to HfK. Whilst courses at the university are based on regular assignments and exams, courses at the HfK are often projects and expect a final outcome to be created. The grade given at the HfK is kind of a symbolic one and has an almost nonexistent impact onto the value of the degree.
This discrepancy results from the difference between a BA/MA of Science (uni) and BA/MA of Arts (HfK). Whilst the BA/MA of Science targets to be comparable wherefore the grade might be important for employment for the BA/MA of Arts it is more important what you've created!.
