Add in-hand functionality

Make building in-hand transparent red when over an obstacle
Swapped instantiation of building (now the original stays in-hand and a clone is dropped on the ground)
Changed the way drag&drop only places 1 building
Added InHand component to manage what goes on with placement. Opens potential for code to be moved there from UserInput.

Code looks good, and works wonderfull!, just found a few more tiny things and will post them soon. The red overlay is better than expected
