Show message when build key held down #79

Can't really show which building you're over because there may be many. Should fix #24

just the first one would have been fine, but this is not necessary. and this is fine enough I guess.

Although we might need to revisit this one? not sure how it's set up.

But would it be possible to change it so the message shows once when it's not possible? I took it for granted that this wasn't possible with the old system

and shows after X seconds again if the user persists in trying to place it? (This part is already there)
