[ ] When clicked on a building, it should be check if we have a BuildingsDialog to show, and show if available
[ ] This window would control the settings of that building
[ ] Shift-click to select mote (or less) buildings. and double-click to select a bunch in a radius
[ ] Would be nice if these items in this OnBuildingClick menu would have HoverOverText support

So I guess there need to be multiple windows since we can't do this good with code.
