Update ExDoc #55

It would be nice if ExDoc could be updated to v0.30.3. This fixes an issue with the light theme on mobile (the black bar at the top should be white):

Yup, was pushed into main after my PR, I'll close this, thanks.

(I wonder why CI doesn't seem to run into https://github.com/elixir-lang/ex_doc/issues/1745 BTW.)
