This seems to be fully backward compatible, but it'd be nice if we could have CI running in this context. Maybe it's just not possible (?)

@paulo-ferraz-oliveira I think we have to generate a PAT for this, which sounds no bueno. Needs further research.

Yeah, I don't understand why GitHub would not allow the actions to run. It should be on the maintainers to give access to certain actions. Even if they were just dispatched by hand...
