Download not working on android #392

If I press the download button nothing happens.

Phone: Mi A2 Android: 9 Version of Jellyfin on phone: 10002 Version on Server/Web: 10.6.2

Use the new client, it works there. This one will be archived soon.

If it crashes with the new app, I'd need some logs to fix it.

Tried this as i was having the same issue on Android 9. The app solved other issues i was having, mainly with UI, however as described by OP the new app crashes everytime i try to download any of the videos.

Where would it be possible to get the logs for the crashes?

The crash should be fixed in the next release, however @TKFRvisionOfficial still reported issues on their device. @fleurc I posted information on how to grab those in the issue on the new repo: jellyfin/jellyfin-android#72
