Adds a blog post about the packaging updates and details of them, including the split packages, Azure builds, metapackages, unstable builds, and how to use them.

Splitting the sentences by line is much easier for parsing the diffs, although these aren't liable to change very frequently.

Yea but I hate how that looks in the final post. Too many paragraphs.

Simple newlines should not make a difference for markdown right? Only lines with double spaces or double newlines should have an effect on the final output.

@EraYaN I thought they did in Hugo, but maybe I'm misremembering. This is how I've always written my own blog posts lol.

We should leave the merge of this until https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/pull/3386 is in, otherwise it won't make a whole lot of sense.
