Add Windows and Mac CI builds #51

We're not using stages anywhere else at the moment, so I don't think we need to be using them here either.

Well I don't see the problem with them, they work like in any other ci runner too and just make it a bit more structured (and remove some code duplication)

Haven't forgotten this - when I finish up https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-server-macos/pull/32 I will turn to this (because the credentials will be in place)

I have added the credentials, so I will help connect them to this pipeline.
