Add support for video playback speeds greater than double speed (x2) to enhance productivity Include an option to save the previously selected video playback speed

I think I can do this but what speed?

Apologies, I'm going to ask that more static speeds aren't added, however while I'm working on the video player I'll look at implementing an option so that the user can select more speeds within a range (dynamically).
