Audio Plays Despite Being Set to "None" & Subtitles Not Displaying with 7.1 Audio

Describe the bug

I'm experiencing two issues when attempting to play a TV series episode in the Swiftfin iOS app.

1. Audio Issue:

   • Steps to Reproduce:

     1. Open a TV series episode in Swiftfin.
     2. The audio is default set on "None".
     3. Start playback.

   • Expected Behavior: No audio should be playing since the audio track is set to "None".

   • Actual Behavior: The main audio still plays even though it's set to "None".

2. Subtitles Issue:

   • Steps to Reproduce:

     1. While the TV series episode is playing, switch the audio track to a 7.1 audio option.
     2. Attempt to enable subtitles.

   • Expected Behavior: Subtitles should appear on the screen.

   • Actual Behavior: The 7.1 audio plays correctly, but no subtitles are displayed even after selecting them.

Additional Information:

• The 7.1 audio is being transcoded correctly and plays without issues, but the problem persists with subtitle visibility.
• I've tried restarting the app/reinstalling/updating iOS, but the issue remains.

Regarding the audio issue, that has been fixed by #1176 ("None" will no longer be an option and the correct track will be selected by default). A build with that is already available in TestFlight.
