The screenshot doesn't look like Swiftfin?

jameskimmel commented 5 months ago

Screenshot is probably from the admin webGUI and just there to rule out transcoding issues.

I'm having this same issue. The audio is out of sync of the video. The screenshot that @hazmateod posted is identical to my Jellyfin admin console website (not from Swiftfin).

One more piece of data to add: I'm using a stereo setup with HomePods connected to my Apple TV for audio. I'm not using the HDMI output for audio.

young-hnau commented 5 months ago

I'm also having the same issue while using HomePods. I read in another thread the issue was with the iOS 17 update.

So for those who find this, try using the HDMI audio output. I'm using my TV's built in speakers without issues.

Hopefully a fix will be released soon.

Same issue with a connected HomePod. Frustrating since the native player doesnt support DTS Audio.

Same here. Works fine without playing through my HomePods.
