F-Droid Chromecast description inaccurate? #1413

Describe the bug

Not sure where else to post this so feel free to move/close but.

The F-Droid listing for Jellyfin specifically cites "Stream to a Chromecast device on your network" which, so far as I can tell, appears to be untrue. I tested several methods to get it working (including blocking 8.8.8.8 on my router as suggested), but didn't see the Google Cast option until after installing the Play Store version (also 2.6.1). Notably, no other changes were needed (firewall rules aside).

Thank god for this random article I came across which said quite succinctly:

Assuming you downloaded Jellyfin on your Android device via F-Droid, you won’t find the Cast option, as it’s unavailable under a free license. You’ll need to install the Play Store version instead.

If that's broadly true, the F-Droid page should not say explicitly that you can do otherwise.
