To be able to download the video content from the server in a specified quality #316

First of all, I love Jellyfin Android and all the work that is been going around here :)

Describe the feature you'd like I would love to have the ability to download the videos from the server in a specified quality (1080p videos in 420p or 720p). Whenever I'm outside home, and running out of data in my phone, It would be handy to download the video in lower quality than downloading 1080p (original quality).

Additional context Streaming content in 480p or 720p while transcoding is already implemented. If there was a download option, I could watch the content without worrying about buffering.
