Back Gesture Difficult Android 13 #875

On Android 13, the back gesture (swipe inward from left edge of phone) is very difficult with the Jellyfin app. I find more often than not, it slides the sidemenu open.

Also when watching a video, you have to swipe from the top of the phone because of landscape orientation, even if you sre holding the phone vertically. Unsure if this is normal behavior though. But it's a bit unintuitive imo.

This is still an issue on Android 14. I find that a lot of the time it seems I can't even swipe open the side menu from the edge of the screen- nothing happens suggesting my input registered when trying to swipe back. This issue is annoying mostly for left-handed users who are more likely to swipe from the left with their left thumb. Perhaps a "safe zone" of sorts could be added at the very edge of the screen that prevents pulling out the menu and ensure left back swipe gestures are correctly registered.
