No video only audio in ExoPlayer for certain files, but do play properly in LibVLC #2355

Describe the bug

I have several H 264 files that only play audio (no video / black screen) in ExoPlayer, but do play properly in LibVLC.

I'm still having this issue. Currently running Jellyfin version 10.8.9

I'm still having this issue. Currently running Jellyfin version 10.8.13 and Android TV app version 0.16.1 PS. Happy one year anniversary.
