Selectable Audio and Subtitles Tracks Prior to Playback Start, and Context Awareness #3218

Describe the feature you'd like

I'd like to be able to select which version or language audio track I want to use prior to beginning playback, and I would like Jellyfin to remember that context when continuing playback in a series with like files.

Bumping this, would love for the client to remember the audio and sub selection for the next episode and auto set it to same settings for next episode. Couldn't find any seeing for it right now.
