FfmpegException / source error / unknown playback issue #3346

Describe the bug

After upgrade playback of any media causes various issues on Android TV. I have transcoding disabled (no hardware), so everything should be direct stream. I have no issues on desktop using Jellyfin Media Player 1.9.1. Media files are a mix of MPEG4, HEVC & AV1 (SDR & HDR).

I mostly use the desktop app so wasn't initially aware of any issues and so it has taken a while to narrow down where the issue was. I downgraded the Nokia 8010 Android TV box version by version until I had flawless playback from 0.16.4 to 0.15.11.

The attached logs only detail 1 file, however this happens across all media files.
