Migrate Live TV code to SDK

This one took me quite some time and was tiresome.

Changes

• Move all Live TV models and API calls to the SDK
• Add some missing string resources
• Probably introduce a lot of bugs and crashes
• Optimize some stuff maybe
• Remove most of ModelCompat - only stream related stuff left

Issues
